Casolare Le Terre Rosse is a country hotel designed to give you countless special moments, as a couple or as a family. Our rooms are wide and comfortable to ensure a restful sleep, our park is well-kept so you can always choose between a sunbath and a refuge in the shade of the trees, our swimming pool is surrounded by greenery, to ensure you are cool temperatures even in summer.

The Casolare's culinary offer is devoted to the Tuscan land, anchored to its roots but with a glance to the future. From our passion for good things comes a genuine, seasonal and zero km menu, which changes with the passing of the months. Many raw materials come from small local companies, which we trust blindly.

The mind and heart behind the proposals of Hostaria Le Terre Rosse is Chef Maurizio Cambi, a tireless genius in search of the perfect combination of ingredients and aromas.

On the menu meat reigns, strictly Tuscan and processed in a simple way, with an innovative touch that makes a traditional cornerstone an unprecedented discovery. Fiorentina, rare steak famous across the world, accompanies dishes with rural scents such as grilled cockerel or stuffed rabbit. In the range of flavors by Chef Maurizio there is also room for game, such as wild boar from our woods, designed for lovers of full-bodied dishes.

If you don't like meat, don't worry: our menu includes many vegetarian and vegan alternatives, to satisfy every palate and give anyone pleasant moments at the table. Fragrant soups and ribollita ravioli nourish body and spirit in the winter season, summer vegetable riots delight the palate in the warmer months. The cutlet turns 100% vegetable, made with pumpkin and potatoes, flavored with curry, revealing a new, very tasty way to eat some of the most loved raw materials.
